Walter Mark Agency Inc. has a storied history that goes back to our founding in 1973. Walter Mark, who had joined Erie Insurance in 1957, carried on that relationship to form a family-owned and operated agency that is still here today and is stronger than ever. Now owned by Walter’s son, Eric Mark, along with his sister, Lisa Mark Cerenzia, the two bring over 50 years of insurance experience to the table. Our team continues to work from our local office—a colonial-style house built in 1857, a symbol of where we’ve been and our stability moving forward.

As a local, independent insurance agency, Walter Mark Agency Inc. has continued our tradition of putting the service of others first, treating others as we would want to be treated. In 2023, we merged with Colaizzo Thompson Insurance Associates—an agency that has been providing insurance solutions for over 30 years. With our combined insight, knowledge, and experience in the insurance landscape, we strive to carry on the legacy of both agencies as we move into the future as one.
